All Done

Well, we landed in SF yesterday. London was an Amazing end to an amazing trip! It was very hard to leave Fathers Divine Love Ministry but we did. I no that we will always remeber everything that God did there and we will go back. We landed in london and it was very crazy. We had a great first night trying to find our hotel and going to McDonalds and then hitting the town. After all that we finish with a great time getting lost. The next day we went everywhere and saw everything. We also went and saw a play and just had a blast. the next day we mostly talked and road the plane home. Then from there we all went our own seperate ways with our familys. Most of all thank you so much for all your Prays and support because without you this trip would have never happend.

I really hope if any of you feel lead to missions or want to support Uganda, that you will talk to any of from the team. Thank you so much and God bless!

2 days tell London

Well, we are so close to the end but God is not done. Jared has been hurting because he burnt his throat with the meds. He hasn't let that affect him though. Everyone on the team is healthy besides that. He just says its hard to eat, and he has plenty of weight so its not that bad. This last week has been amazing; the Girls, jess and Melissa, has been working with the kids and doing great work at schools. Jared has been building around the base but also going to schools too. God has been great and last nite Jared and laurie, a American also at the base, help save this girls life. This little girl has passed out from Typhoid and Malaria and because Jared and his little throat problem they were right down the street. Also there we two med students from West Virgina that had just arrived two days ago and were with the girl at her base. It was Just amazing. The girl today is much better. So as of right now we have two days left tell we leave for London, for our debriefing. so just pray all goes smoooootttthhh there. Then we will be home Friday. WOOt WOOT!

God bless and thanks for your prayers

11 days to go

Hey everyone thanks for all your prayers. First off I can say that we are now all healthy, Jess has defeated Maleria. Jared and Melissa are healthy so that's very nice! It has been such a blessing this past week. We have been going to different schools preaching but mostly just hanging out with the kids. We have been trying to encourage the kids. Today it was really good, our team sat down and had a very good talk and really helped bring us closer and closer to God! We still have a long time here so just keep praying for us because we don't want to lose focus on what is in the making for us. Please pray for health because if we get sick now it won't be good. This next week we will be speaking to about two schools a day and two bible studies on wednesday and friday. Plus waking the kids up and putting all 57 of them back to sleep so as you can think it will be a crazy week. We can't wait to get home and see all your faces.

Sup everyone
So we have been at Pastor Davids for almost a week now and it has just been very crazy! everyday we are aren't sure what we are going to do or who is going to be sick. As of right now Jess is the only one that is sick and Melissa was sick last week but some of the people we have been working with have been sick too. so pray for that!
Every day we wake up at 5:45 AM and wake up the kids and then we either go to a school, cell group or go for an adventure and then we put the kids to bed aroud 9pm so we don't get to bed tell like 10 or 11. so please pray for our strength and willingness.

Back from the Village!

Well, we are one week old here in Uganda and let me tell you it has been a CRAZY Week! First off we would just like to say that Micah, You are so greatly missed by the team but most of all by the people. This past week we have been living in a very small village called" Casssels?" with Pastor Charles. We have lived with our new Uganda Father, pastor Charles, and his family and it has been an amzing time. When we first arrived here in Uganda we were all very overwhelmed. That first night as a team was a huge struggle filled with many tears. As the next day came most of those worries left. That home week we were just able to see a real village. We went and served at pastor Charles school and at his church. We also served a few other churchs including our older bother, Pastor Peter's church. Pastor Peter and Pastor Charles are who we have worked side by side these last few weeks and you will hear even more about them when we return. As of yesterday we are now at Pastor David's and we are just getting settled in at Fathers Divine Love Ministry. So keep praying with us! God Bless you all

Safe Arrival in Uganda

Hi this is Emily from Simpson and I received an email today from Pastor David Zijjan in Uganda.

Here is what he says:

I did receive the team at the airport yesterday 19th, drove them to the fdlm for a meal and refreshment, and then proceeded to pastor charles' village where we dropped them at about 5pm our time. We will be picking them up on monday afternoon and rest them for a day before they dive into their busy schedule.
Lots of love
David
